Sports & Injury Acupuncture.
Our Acupuncturists assess your imbalances and work to bring your body back to homeostasis to optimize your health and performance. They work to calm your nervous system, support your breathing, improve organ function and help reduce your painful areas using acupuncture needles, soft-tissue work and by blending and East-West approach. For example, they may provide deep needling into a muscle (also known as Trigger Point Dry Needling) and run electrical stimulation thru the area. While we’ll work to reduce your pain patterns, our ultimate goal is better performance and decreased potential for injury.
We want you to get more out of life and teach you how to unwind your pain patterns and avoid building on your imbalances. The majority of our clients have an injury, have pain or are a high performing athlete, but we treat EVERYBODY! And we LOVE educating our clients so they can work on a care plan at home.
