We believe that a multidisciplinary approach to care gets our patients the best results. At our Boulder location, we have Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists and Movement Therapists on site. We also collaborate with many medical professionals. We have 5 private massage therapy rooms plus a sizable clinic space to demonstrate stretches, yoga positions, foam roller use and proper posture and bio-mechanics.
MASSAGE & ACUPUNCTURE SERVICES:
Sports/Injury Specialist:
These treatments are with David, our Sports/Injury Specialist and owner, who has over 20 years experience working with Athletes and the most challenging injuries.
Injury Rehab Specialists & Advanced Care:
Our highly trained advanced team can support you with an Injury Rehab treatment. We blend Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and other advanced treatment modalities into your Injury Rehab Treatments. We can treat chronic or acute injuries.
Sports & Deep Tissue Massage Therapy:
Our skilled team can provide a Sports Massage or Therapeutic Deep Tissue treatment for those who do not have injuries. We are also skilled in Prenatal & Relaxation.
Acupuncture:
We offer Sports or Injury Acupuncture and Acupuncture Wellness visits. Our Acupuncturists also provide deep needling, cupping, trigger point injections and vitamin booster injections.
Dry Needling:
With care & precision, we can place a needle directly into a trigger point or tight muscle for relief. We may also run electrical stimulation thru the needle.
Corrective Exercises:
Our Corrective Exercise Specialists conduct a Bio-Mechanical Assessment designed to improve the way you move in your everyday life. We evaluate, assess and retrain movements that mimic daily activities.
Directions:
Located off 30th Street in the Crossroads Commons building (formerly Crossroads Gardens) behind the Sussex One Bldg. Entrance is the 1st driveway North of the Jiffy Lube station between Arapahoe & Walnut. Drive over the speed bumps, turn right behind the 4 story Sussex One bldg and then left to park under the 1800 Commons building in the garage. Take the stairwell or elevator in the center of the garage to Suite #219 near the dragons. Yes, we have dragons!
