Leg pain can be caused from a combination of many different things: from tight muscles in your legs, hips or pelvis…to weakness in the core or spinal muscles… to decreased range of motion in your hips, spine or pelvis. You may even have a herniated (bulging) disc or sciatica and be feeling numbness or electrical sensations down into your legs.
