We accept some Anthem BCBS insurance plans if your plan offers you the 20 combined visits of massage, acpuncture & chiropractic. Our talented massage therapists are trained to work with most injuries and medical conditions. We are only an approved provider for massage therapy treatments.

First, call the number on the back of your card to confirm your massage therapy benefit. Then call us at (303) 444-1171 & leave us your name (spell it please), member # AND provide your date of birth so we can pre-approve you and determine your copay before your visit. Or fill out the form below. Unfortunately, we do not accept other medical insurance plans at this time.
