Policies
Payment Types
Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card at our offices at the time of your service. Checks should be made to “Boulder Therapeutics, Inc.” If paying with a credit card, please note that we do charge a 2.5% credit card fee. To avoid these fees, you can pay with cash or a check.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify us by phone 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment, otherwise you will be charged 100% for the missed session (excludes emergencies).
Refund Policy
All pre-paid sessions gift cards & 5-packs must be used within 1 calendar year of purchase. Pre-paid sessions, gift cards and packages not used within 1 year can be refunded by written request, less any applied discounts & a $25 processing fee.
Tipping
Tipping is always appreciated but never expected.
