We are sorry to hear that you were injured in a recent accident. Know that we’re here to support you. Our massage therapists, acupuncturists and medical professionals will work closely with your doctor and other medical providers to help you heal as quickly as possible.
We have been providing neuromuscular massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, advanced soft-tissue massage techniques and acupuncture since 1999. We accept all forms of Worker’s Compensation insurance, are in network with Pinnacol Assurance SelectNet and are a registered provider for the U.S. Department of Labor Office. (Fill out paperwork)
Get Preapproved!
Please contact our office at 303-444-1171 and ask for David. In order to prevent being charged for your visit, we need to preapprove you BEFORE your sessions. Usually, you will be authorized for a certain number of appointments and we need to verify your prescription with you insurance company. If necessary, the doctor will write a prescription for more visits which will also need to be preapproved.
