About Boulder Therapeutics

We specialize in Sports Massage Therapy, Injury Rehab, Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage and Acupuncture. Since 1999, our therapists have been providing results-oriented therapeutic massage and acupuncture treatments around Boulder, CO.

We treat injuries, orthopedic conditions and athletes and work with sports teams, traveling performers and corporate clients. We also work with auto accident and worker’s comp clients and offer gift certificates.

Our therapists have helped people with neck & back pain, herniated discs, nerve pain like sciatica, scoliosis, sports injuries like IT band pain & torn or pulled muscles. We blend deep tissue techniques such as myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy & active release. We’ll always educate you about the cause of your pain/discomfort and will provide stretches and exercises for you to do at home.

We have Collaborative Wellness Centers in Boulder & Superior and serve clients in Louisville, Broomfield, Westminster, Gunbarrel, Erie and Denver, Colorado.

Our Experience

Our massage therapists and acupuncturists have trained with our founder and Sports/Injury Specialist David Abookire, who was the team massage therapist for the Colorado Rapids for 12 seasons and have over 25 yrs experience. We also have experience with sports teams & professional athletes from the NFL, MLB, World Cup, MLS, Olympians & Int’l Rugby teams and collaborate with local Drs, chiros, PTs, acupuncturists and other health care professionals.
